A multilingual business law specialist and modern polymath known for her plurilingual capabilities, double postgraduate degrees and cross-fields professional experience, Stefania offers a unique blend of multicultural business acumen, legal affairs knowledge, lobbying skills and client relationship management. In her role of VP at Nexus Business Services she advices on company registration, legal consents and FDI opportunities. Among her most significant achievements are The UN World Youth Report 2011 on the “Education as a Path to Citizenship” submitted to the United Nations Economic and Social Council (Youth Perspective 2011) and her poster presentation on “Medical Malpractice: Law and Medical Ethics” during the 23rd Congress of the International Academy of Legal Medicine held in Dubai, UAE, in January 2015.

With a solid understanding of international private and public laws, educational management and business strategy, she has gained 7-years professional experience in drafting constituent legal documents, conducting mediation services, assessing the long-term impact, legally and financially, of contracts. Stefania’s international career includes traineeship at the International Law Commission (United Nations), roles as Executive Producer of the Second Patient Relations Symposium held in Riyadh, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in 2011 chaired by Sultan Bin Abdulaziz Humanitarian City’s CEO, and Legal Case Manager at a multi–awarded UAE-licensed law office.

Stefania holds a Master of International and European Law from the Faculty of Law, University of Geneva, and a Master in International Business from Hult International Business School, coupled with a Continuous Learning Certificate in the Arab-Muslim World: Language, Culture and Society by the Faculty of Arts (Geneva University).
